Responsible Gambling in the Winari App

Playing from a phone makes it easier to play almost anywhere — which is exactly why a budget and a time limit matter just as much on mobile as on desktop. Set both before you open a game, and treat either one as a hard stop for the session, not a suggestion.

All the usual account tools — deposit and loss limits, session reminders, timeouts and self-exclusion — are available directly from your phone's browser, in the same account settings used on desktop. There's no mobile-specific version of these tools and no reduced set of options.

ConnexOntario offers free, confidential support around the clock, reachable from any device, and equivalent provincial services operate across the country. If gambling from your phone is becoming harder to control — longer sessions than planned, or playing out of boredom rather than enjoyment — reaching out early, from any device, remains the most effective step.
